Who we are hiring.
Registration as a Health Care Aide with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses and Health Care Aides of Alberta is welcomed and rewarded, but many Client Directed Home Care roles do not require it. What every role requires is a current vulnerable sector check, references, first aid, reliability and real warmth.
Personal Support Worker
Companionship, meals, health related homemaking, escorted appointments and medication assistance. No licence required. Ideal for newcomers and community members with a caring heart.
Registered Health Care Aide
Personal care, mobility and transfers, dementia support and recovery care for caregivers registered with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses and Health Care Aides of Alberta.
Care Coordinator
Scheduling, caregiver support, family communication and visit record review from our Edmonton head office. Multilingual candidates strongly preferred.
Languages we are hiring for right now: Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, Gujarati, Tagalog, Arabic and Cantonese, in Calgary, Edmonton and Central Alberta. Speak another language? Tell us. We open new community teams where the need is. Already helping an elderly friend or neighbour? Under the program you may be able to join us as their paid caregiver, provided you are not an immediate family member and do not share their home.
